John Allen, CEO. John founded DigiSoft.tv in 2000. Prior to this, John managed outsourced digital media software projects to the European Television industry, particularly in Germany, UK and Italy. During the early company phase, John and a large team of DigiSoft.tv employees were involved in R+D activities, developing software for more than 10 European broadcasters. His technical background coupled with his expertise in systems and iTV process flow, keep him very much a part of the DigiSoft visionary team. A regular speaker on the iTV event circuit, John's expertise in iTV business modelling has allowed for his experience and industry interface to become a invaluable asset for DigiSoft and customers alike.

Mark R. Bruneau is a Senior Fellow with The Monitor Company, a global strategy consultancy, and Chairman of M’Pact TV, the leader in digital signage and immersive customer engagement environments. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Bruneau served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Bell Canada Enterprises. Prior to BCE, Mr. Bruneau was Founder and CEO of ADVENTIS, a global strategy and management consulting firm with offices in Boston, New York, San Francisco, London, and Munich, serving CEO’s in the global telecoms, computing, financial services and web 2.0 industries. Mr. Bruneau is frequently quoted in Business Week, Fortune, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, as well as the Globe and Mail, and has helped shape the modern day telecoms and web 2.0 industry structures.

Dr. Sanjoy Ghose

Dr. Ghose has over 40 years of extensive technical and management background. His previous positions include: CEO of Predictable Investing, VP Engineering at Read-Rite Corporation, Executive VP Engineering of Siros Technologies; Executive VP, CTO, and member of the Board for Micropolis Corporation. He was VP Engineering at Seagate Technology for over 14 years; and spent 10 years at IBM in a variety of engineering positions. Dr. Ghose holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Stanford University, an MS from UC Berkeley, and a BE from Calcutta University. He has been awarded more than twenty U.S. and foreign patents and is a member of the Board of Directors of several organizations.

Mark Koziol

Mr. Koziol is a co-founder and CEO of SendToMyTV, and also currently serves as the President and CEO of Ligos Corporation. Mr. Koziol has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and engineering experience in the computer industry focusing on video, software and storage. He has extensive startup experience and has worked within a number of highly innovative companies in the computer industry including SanDisk Corporation, EchoBahn, StreamLogic Corporation, Memorex Telex, Storage Dimensions and Unisys Corporation. Mr. Koziol received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from California State University, San Jose.

Donald Ritzman

Mr. Ritzman is the Chief Marketing Officer for WhiteNoise Systems, LLC and has over 27 years engineering, business development and marketing experience, with 15 of those years in the entertainment industry. Prior to WhiteNoise, he was VP Marketing, New Media, for Global Crossing - developing studio, post-production, broadcast and publishing solutions. And prior to that, he was the Business Unit Manager for WAM!NET’s media and entertainment group. He has owned and operated a production/post company working with clients such as National Geographic, Discovery, TLC and Smithsonian. In addition to his entertainment experience, he has held positions at Sun Microsystems, GE/CALMA and Fairchild Semiconductor.
